You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and have permission to install the bot on your server. You are responsible for all activities performed through your server and credentials.
EmojiRole provides role/channel management features, reaction/button panels, configuration import/export, and administrative functions for Discord servers.
If paid plans are offered, prices are listed on the EmojiRole website. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.
The Service, including code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Gate Of TCG LLC or its licensors. Reverse engineering is prohibited unless permitted by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months (or $0 if free). We shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of data/revenue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gate Of TCG LLC from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violations. You may remove the bot from your server at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Exclusive jurisdiction: Boston.
